Workshop Logistics
We will not be cancelling due to weather... the workshops must go on!
Here are some details for folks attending Friday's "Homescale Food Forests" workshop or Saturday's "Urban Regeneration" workshop taught by Toby Hemenway, author of Gaia's Garden.
We look forward to meeting you all this weekend!
Directions
Both workshops will be held in Room B25 of the Classroom Office Building, University of Minnesota St. Paul Campus (detail map). This building is located at 1994 Buford Ave, Falcon Heights, MN 55113. It is just off the SE corner of Buford Avenue and Eckles Avenue. Here is a PDF map of the St Paul Campus; with parking options included.
Agenda
The doors will open at 8AM both days, and the program will begin at 8:30. We plan to supply coffee & tea in the mornings (please BRING YOUR OWN MUG to cut down on waste generated by this event) and a sweet afternoon treat.
We will take an hour for lunch, which will be on your own. Feel free to bring your lunch. There are also many nearby restaurants, a few within walking distance and more within driving distance. We'll post details on some of our favorites at the workshops. If you aren't familiar with the area, ask us for recommendations!
We will finish up at 4:30pm both days.
Do you have additional questions? Please email Evelyn.
