Our Programs

PRI Cold Climate supports a network of programs that carry out various aspects of our organizational mission.

Our Backyard Harvest is a community building program in urban Permaculture. The program provides both garden fresh food & garden education for homeowners, neighborhoods, as well as entrepreneurial & small scale food production training for our farmers.

Our Collaborative is an active and engaged community of people applying permaculture to living in cold temperate climates.

Our Research and Demonstration Guild researches, designs and demonstrates small-scale ecosystemic solutions to living sustainably in a cold temperate climate.

Our Teacher's Guild develops curriculum and provides educational opportunities in cold climate permaculture for all ages.
