We are happy to announce that this past Monday a group of people interested in growing plants under cover convened at Common Roots Cafe. We have formed a Google Group to network and share our growing knowledge, practices and work.
Growing Under Cover is a research and demonstration working group based in Minnesota, organized by PRI Cold Climate.
We are a community of folks interested in extending the growing season, growing delicious food in winter, working towards cold climate solutions for food systems and contributing to citizen science projects. The purpose of the group is to experiment and research growing options, share information with each other, provide knowledge to public and set up tours and guest speakers.
We will continue to update here at the PRI Forum for relevant meeting information, the Google Group is open to the public and we welcome any and all input!
