Dan Halsey Bio

Dan Halsey is an Advertising Photographer, Graphic Designer, as well as a Forest Gardener. Dan began studying Permaculture in 2003 and became a certified Permaculture designer in 2007. He has taught Permaculture at the Minneapolis College of Art and Design, Project Management at Brown College, and incorporated Permaculture in print articles and two books. He is presently studying Polyculture Design at the University of Minnesota.  Dan's focus is on building self sustaining plant communities, autonomous heating and energy systems, and using Permaculture principles in all areas of life.
